Introduction to Intercultural Training Methods |

Due to high demand, we are offering again “Introduction to Intercultural Training Methods”. This course is perfectly suited for those who seek familiarization with intercultural communication, for those who intend to become instructors in intercultural training, or for those who want to expand their current repertoire of training material. Participants can utilize all of the training material used in our seminars in their own training sessions.
An information table with comprehensive material on the subject of intercultural training will be set up and can be used throughout the seminar.
The main focus of the seminar is presented in the following topics:
- Overview of the particular methods of intercultural training,
- Introduction to the theoretical and practical fundamentals of intercultural training,
- Practical exercises for the particular methods, including: critical incidents, the culture assimilator, case studies, communication exercise, and simulations,
- Preparation of selected and reliable training material.
Participants receive a handout of the lecture as well as all of the presented training material on CD-ROM. Participants are then entitled, with consideration of Copyright law, to use the material themselves.
Participants receive a certificate upon completion of the course.
