“How to successfully lead an international team”

Efficient international teams are prerequisites for successful global business. The differing cultural backgrounds of people involved, however, can act as the metaphorical monkey wrench being thrown in the work, and hence spoil teamwork. Often these differences (e.g. attitudes towards time, style of communication, hierarchies) are underestimated and lead to latent tension. These tensions not only induce significant time loss but can also pose real risks to objectives.
