Russia - „... the only country in Europe facing a bright future“ – entitle D. Dahlmann and C. Scheide their publication on German companies in Russia. That Germany is Russia’s most significant trade partner does (not) surprise much. After all, the moving history of both countries is inextricably linked. Nevertheless, that the potential of the largest country in the world is not fully developed and exploited yet, doesn’t raise eyebrows. But how do you guarantee success with Russian business men who are notoriously unpredictable and erratic?
Many enterprises in Russia fail due to the lack of mutual understanding. Often the possibilities of successful collaboration joining resources from both countries and cultures are overlooked and both parties despair. This seminar assists you in understanding Russians as well as their thought patterns and attitudes. It prepares you for business in Russia and forms the basis of successful cooperation with Russian guests and business partners.
