IKUD Seminars

Our work is based on state-of-the-art research in the field of intercultural studies. The transfer of this knowledge into business practices is our most valuable competence. We originally developed and successfully practiced our skills while working at the Institute for Intercultural Didactics in Göttingen, Germany (a former University affiliation). Professor Karl-Heinz Flechsig, Professor Hans-Dieter Haller and Hans-Gerd Alte-Grevé have directed the institute since 2000.

To help meet the growing demand for intercultural expertise, IKUD Seminars was established in 2006 to provide professional intercultural training and coaching. Accordingly, our services are based on extensive experience in the application of academic knowledge and concepts to cater to the practical needs of our clients. We not only counsel companies and organizations that are interested in implementing sustainable guidelines and concepts for multinational practices, but also offer open and in-house training courses for individuals and institutions.

IKUD Seminars conducts seminars, organizes events, and provides consulting services independently as well as in collaboration with other institutions. We work with businesses and organizations that view cultural competence as an important component of their success. Partners with which we have worked successfully include: Siemens, Giesecke-Devrient, Wintershall, Circ Events, Caritas Schweiz, Diakonisches Werk Rheinland, Bundespolizei Brandenburg, Otto-Benecke-Stiftung e.V., Polizeiakademie Prag, Amada Gmbh.
